How We Work

Our coaching is bespoke, bounded and outcome-focused.

Most engagements are delivered as a series of six 90-minute sessions over six months, providing time for insight, application and reflection. We also offer shorter or more flexible engagements where appropriate, including coaching linked to a specific challenge or transition.

Coaching may sit as a standalone intervention or form part of a wider leadership or organisational programme.

We carefully match coaches and coachees based on style, experience and seniority, ensuring the relationship is credible, challenging and effective from the outset.

Structured and purposeful — to make the best use of time together, coaching engagements are shaped from the start:

  • A pre-coaching client profile to clarify focus and priorities
  • An initial chemistry conversation to confirm fit and direction
  • Clear objectives and expectations for the engagement

Our approach is grounded in robust, evidence-based practice, with roots in cognitive and behavioural coaching models. It’s not counselling or therapy — coaching with us is designed to support performance, confidence and effectiveness at work.
