Oke is a proven C-suite leader and board-level advisor with extensive experience building and leading organisations across multiple sectors. His career spans senior executive roles at Many Pets (former CEO and founding team member), Sainsbury’s, BUPA, Prudential, and Legal & General, and he is currently Chair of Berkshire NHS Trust and a NED at Scottish Widows.

Oke brings deep commercial insight and lived leadership experience to his work with boards and senior leadership teams. He is particularly respected for his ability to challenge thinking, shape inclusive cultures, and support leaders to translate intent into action.

Combining strategic clarity with practical judgement, Oke works with organisations to strengthen leadership capability, decision-making and culture at the highest levels.

Abbey specialises in gender in the workplace, organisational culture, and the structural barriers and enablers to progression. She has an established track record of supporting organisations to understand and improve culture in ways that directly impact representation, progression and retention.

Abbey combines rigorous, academically grounded qualitative methods with a strong focus on practical application. Her work is designed to surface the often-invisible dynamics shaping workplace experience and translate these insights into targeted, evidence-based recommendations that organisations can act on with confidence.

She has deep knowledge of the insurance industry, having previously worked within the sector and used it as the primary field site for her doctoral research, Gender inequality in the UK insurance industry, the largest data collection and analysis exercise of its kind. This gives Abbey a nuanced understanding of both the cultural and operational realities facing organisations seeking to strengthen their talent pipeline.

Tracey brings more than three decades of experience in the UK general insurance sector, having built and led high-performing teams across major organisations including Aviva and Aon.

Formerly Managing Director for Aon across the North of England and Scotland, Tracey has a strong track record of developing leaders, strengthening client propositions and driving sustainable commercial performance. She is known for her authentic leadership style and her ability to engage people at all levels of the organisation.

Tracey facilitates workshops, focus groups and coaching with clarity, energy and impact, consistently receiving excellent feedback for her practical, people-centred approach.

Paul is a governance, compliance and conduct specialist with more than 30 years’ experience in UK legal and financial services regulation. A qualified solicitor, he has worked across law, insurance and regulatory environments, including senior roles with the Financial Conduct Authority, supporting organisations to strengthen their governance frameworks, controls and conduct culture.

Paul helps our clients to translate regulatory expectations into practical, sustainable frameworks that embed good governance, risk-based assurance and cultural alignment. He is recognised for his ability to assess the effectiveness of compliance systems, design tailored audit and monitoring programmes, and support leadership teams to build resilient and accountable practices.

At Cream Consulting, Paul leads work on compliance-related capability and adviser support, bringing a blend of regulatory insight, legal acumen and real-world experience to help clients operate confidently in regulated markets.

Jamie is an award-recognised digital learning designer with deep expertise in creating high-impact, learner-centred digital learning experiences. He specialises in bespoke design and development using the Articulate suite, crafting interactive, intuitive modules that drive engagement and measurable capability uplift.

With a strong focus on graphic design and user experience, Jamie combines learning science with creative execution to deliver scalable digital solutions that meet complex organisational needs. His work has been acknowledged within the digital learning community for innovation and quality in Articulate development.
